The accident happened around 6:45 p.m. on the northbound 405 Freeway connector to the westbound 101 Freeway, according to California Highway Patrol.The patient was taken to Sherman Oaks Community Hospital in unknown condition. Details about the victim, or what caused the crash, weren't immediately available.The CHP issued a SigAlert and closed the connector at 7:26 p.m. The road was reopened by 7:47 p.m.
