The fire burned about an eighth of an acre of vegetation in the 15700 block of West Burbank Boulevard.Firefighters came to the scene around 6:26 a.m. and extinguished the flames in about 30 minutes, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. The cause of the fire wasn't immediately known.City News Service contributed to this report.
