Two Killed In 405 Freeway Crash In Van Nuys
The crash was reported at 11:54 p.m. Tuesday night near the Burbank Boulevard exit.
VAN NUYS, CA — Two people were killed in a car crash on the 405 Freeway in Van Nuys late Tuesday night. According to California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at 11:54 p.m. on the northbound side of the freeway near the Burbank Boulevard exit.
No information on the victims or what led up to the crash were immediately available.
Paramedics and firefighters were sent to the scene just before midnight but did not take anyone to the hospital, said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

A Sigalert shut down the far right lane of the northbound 405 while authorities investigated and cleaned the wreckage. The lane reopened around 4:50 a.m.
