Wet Weather Expected for Week

The sunny skies that Sherman Oaks residents experienced just last week is expected to be seldom seen this upcoming week, as the National Weather Service has predicted wet weather Monday throught Thursday. 

Monday's high is 65 with a chance of drizzle and fog before 11 a.m. before the sun creeps out during the afternoon. The rain and fog is expected to return Monday night near 11 p.m. 

Tuesday's forecast is expected to mirror Monday's, with rain and fog arriving in the morning before the sky clears in the afternoon. Temperatures are predicted to reach a high of 70 and winds could reach a high of 15 mph.

Rain is likely for Wednesday, with the possibility of a thunderstorm after 11 a.m. Chances of rain are 70 percent, and Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with a high of 67.

Chance of precipitation Wednesday night is 90 percent.

There is a chance of rain Thursday and the skies will be partly sunny with a high of 63. Friday will be mostly sunny with a high near 70.
