The City of Sierra Madre is seeking nominations for 2013 community service awards in a variety of categories.
Categories include a volunteer lifetime achievement award, an award for a city/community parternship, a public safety award, a police department award, a public service award and a community youth achievement award.
The full names and descriptions of each award category can be viewed in the attachment above.
To nominate someone, simply drop a letter at City Hall or email your nomination to dcostello@cityofsierramadre.com
