The local chapter of the League of Women Voter's will be holding an ice cream social and fundraiser at Memorial Park on Sunday.
The event will feature all the Fosselman's ice cream you can eat for $10 for the first adult, $5 for each additional guest. Children under 13 are free. As an added treat, giant waffle bowls will hold the ice cream.
Music by the Night Flight, a 5-piece band, will provide entertainment. The event is from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The League of Women Voter's chapter is based in Pasadena and holds a variety of events on local politics and policies. The group frequently holds forums debates for local races, including the Pasadena Unified School Board.
