SOUTH GATE (CNS) - A 73-year-old South Gate man reported missing earlier in the week was reunited with his family, police said today.
Richard Rangel was reported missing after he was seen driving alone in La Habra about 11 p.m. Monday, apparently trying to find his way home.
Authorities circulated his photo and sought public help to find him. He was found Tuesday night, police said. Other details were not released.
