SOUTH GATE (CNS) - South Gate police disseminated a photo today of a missing 73-year-old resident who suffers from memory loss and is without the medication he takes for his condition.
Richard Rangel was last seen driving alone in La Habra on Monday about 11 p.m., apparently trying to find his way home to South Gate. He has not been seen since, said South Gate police Detective A. Munoz. Rangel, who has been known to to frequent Bellflower, as well, was driving a 2000 beige Buick LeSabre with the California license plate 4KDY475.
Rangel is Hispanic, about 6 feet tall and weighs around 200 pounds, with short gray hair and brown eyes. He wears prescription glasses. Anyone with information about his whereabouts was asked to call Detective Munoz at (323) 563-5482.
