The City of South Pasadena, in partnership with Senator Anthony J. Portantino, will host a community discussion of Senate Bill 381 on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, beginning at 6:00

The informational meeting will provide the public with a better understanding of the legislation, which was signed into law by Governor Newsom on September 28, 2021. There will be a presentation covering key elements of the bill and addressing common questions and concerns. The City plans to hold future meetings for community input to develop policies related to the acquisition of unoccupied properties.
