Caltrain Passengers Rerouted After Fatality
SamTrans is setting up a bus bridge between San Mateo and Millbrae.
Both northbound and southbound , after train #147 killed a person on the tracks at Peninsula Avenue at 12:23 p.m.
A Caltrain spokesperson says the train has stopped and is just north of the Bayswater Avenue crossing in Burlingame.
About 900 passengers are being transferred to another train via a SamTrans bus. Caltrains have ceased running between San Mateo and Millbrae.
