Celebrate Negroni Week at 1 Hotel West Hollywood

From September 16 through September 22 restaurants and bars across the nation will celebrate Negroni Week.

1 Hotel West Hollywood is joining in the celebration by offering a special Rose Blanc, a refreshing white Negroni made with Junipero Gin, Suze Liqueur, Lillet Blanc and a grapefruit garnish. The cocktail blends vanilla, spices and herbs into a fresh twist on a traditional Negroni.

The hotel’s pretty Juniper Lounge and Garden will be serving up the special Rose Blanc all week with a portion of the proceeds supporting the NRDC (Natural resources Defense Council), giving guest a chance to make a positive impact while enjoying a delicious libation.

Juniper Lounge and Garden also serves up delicious bites including house made flatbreads; a variety of spreads including tahini, miso baba ghanouj, smoked romesco and smoked carrot hummus; spiced nuts; olives; stuffed dates; fried artichokes; a cruncy Kimchi salad; seared tuna; smoked lamb belly ribs, a bone marrow burger, grilled skirt steak and other dishes.

They also offer a wide variety of cocktails including a mezcal flight and custom drinks including their Tiny Sea Monster with gin, lillet, bergamot liqueur, kombu, lemon juice and black bitters; Sustainable Sandia with blanco tequila, ancho reyes, watermelon agua fresca and lime; their Zuma Beach with coconut washed gin, aperitivo rosato, vermouth, amaro angeleno and coconut water and their Smoked Fashioned with bourbon and tangerine vanilla walnut bitters.
