How Students Were Turning Pages Over the Summer

Teachers, students worked together to fill the gaps when budget cuts eliminated summer-school classes.

Colfax Charter teacher Gail Craven and her team show some of the projects they worked on over the summer. Situated at the Studio City Farmers Market, the students explained how they have been growing vegetables during the summer to give to their local homeless food feeding program.
