Joe Jackson, Michael Jackson's Father, Has Terminal Cancer
Joe Jackson, the patriarch of the Jackson family , is battling terminal cancer.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Joe Jackson, the patriarch of the Jackson family and father of late singer Michael Jackson, has been hospitalized with terminal cancer.
The 89- year-old has been battling cancer for a long time and is now in the final stages, family sources told the celebrity news website TMZ.com.
Jackson, is in a hospital with terminal cancer, it was reported Friday. His wife, Katherine, has been at his bedside recently, as have some of his children and grandchildren. Jackson, had a complicated relationship with his children. Known as a taskmaster driving them to the heights of fame, some of his children, including Michale, accused him of emotional and physical abuse. Joe Jackson managed his son's breakout band the Jackson 5 and started his own record label Ivory Tower International Records.
