New Fitness Equipment Sprouts Up in Parks
Refurbished gazebos and tables also planned

Two Studio City parks are getting new playground equipment and some refurbishing thanks to funding obtained by Los Angeles City Councilman Paul Krekorian, who represents much of the district.
A fitness trail and new playground equipment was slated for Beeman Park and completed in August. A few miles away, at Woodbridge Park, gazebos and picnic tables will be renovated and should be completed by November.
Pointing out that it's a time of tough budgeting in every part of the city, the councilman said, "It's important to ensure the quality of life in our communities."
