UPDATE: Red Flag Warnings Canceled Friday Morning
Isolated wind gusts up to 70 mph are expected on some peaks in the Santa Monica Mountains.

A red flag warning prompted by gusty Santa Ana winds and low humidity has been extended through Friday in the Santa Monica Mountains.
The latest information is that the The City of Los Angeles has lifted the Red Flag No Parking Restrictions in the brush areas of the City. Normal parking will resume after 5/03/2013, 8 a.m.
Northeast winds of 25 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph are expected, with gusts up to 70 mph on some peaks, forecasters warned.

Humidity was expected to fall into the single digits and low teens beginning Wednesday night.
