Studio City Neighborhood Council to Discuss Condo Construction, Movies in Park and More

The Studio City Neighborhood Council has its monthly public board meeting on April 17 at 7 p.m. See attached agenda items.

Some of the items on the agenda include, but are not limited to:

• A motion to oppose the construction of a new 32-unit condominium buildinglocated at 4600 Coldwater Canyon Avenue.
• A recommendation that the L.A. City Council include members of the Neighborhood Council Budget Advocates on their newly established LA 20/20 Commission to study and develop a remedy to the City’s current financial crisis.
• A motion to host Movies in the Park events co-sponsored by the Studio City Recreation Center and NBC Universal on June 8, 15 and 22, 2013.

There is added a Special Meeting Agenda to the previously published one.  This Special Meeting Agenda includes motions dealt with at the Budget Committee after the initial agenda was posted, and in the spirit of full transparency, this Special Agenda is being distributed.
