Studio City Power Outage Knocks At Least 109 Offline

STUDIO CITY, CA — A power outage has been reported in Studio City Friday morning. The incident was reported around 10:35 a.m. near the intersection of Laurel Canyon Boulevard and Ventura Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.

At least 109 LADWP customers were knocked offline, according to the agency. The job has been assigned to a crew, and power is not expected to be restored until around 10 p.m. according to an initial estimate.

A cause of the power outage wasn't immediately available.
