
About a year later, here's a look at the retooled , Studio City's long-trafficked family-style Italian hub at the corner of Woodbridge Street and Tujunga Boulevard. To fete the venue's new look, menu, and cocktail program, a party is planned for June 30 at noon where staple Italian bites will be served for under $1.
Vitello's contemporary look was a collaborative effort between GM Brad Roenand the Montage Design Group’s Rod Sellard. Thanks to new sliding glass doors up front that open out to a patio, the restaurant itself feel more open, obviously there's modern furniture, that olive tree in the center of the dining room, but also an added black and white bar made from Italian-imported Carrera marble and slate. Daniel Ponsky (Ford's Filling Station) runs the show here as bar manager and mixologist.
