Where's the Best Place to Work? Harvard-Westlake School

The private school was named the best in the Southland to work.

The school has a rich tradition of academic and athletic excellence and deep roots in the city. And a knack for creating an employee-friendly working environment.

The school President Tom Hudnut, who is retiring this year, told The Daily News:

"I can't comment on other places but I'm sure that people enjoy working here. Part of it goes to the fact that we have a sense of humor and that makes it fun to work here. I think a lot of it has to do with whom you hire."
