1 Suspect In Fairfield Murder Case Surrenders, 1 Remains At Large
Fairfield Police have arrested one of two suspects wanted for questioning in the April 6 murder of La Angelo Darnell Stroughter.
FAIRFIELD - Fairfield Police have arrested one of two suspects wanted for questioning in the April 6 murder of Fairfield resident La Angelo Darnell Stroughter near Grange Middle School.
According to information posted by police, 26-year-old Demetrius Lamar Kelly, a Suisun City resident, arrived at the Fairfield Police Department about 7:30 a.m. ThursdayΒ accompanied by his attorney and surrendered to detectives.
Police say Kelly was arrested and booked into the Solano County Jail, charged with murder.

Fairfield Police detectives continue to search for 28-year-old Fairfield resident Kyle Mathew Amos.
Amos is the second suspect wanted for his connection in the shooting death of Stroughter.
