2 Spotted In Suisun City Backyard Arrested On Several Charges

Police in Suisun City arrested two men on probable cause for burglary after a local resident called to say someone was in a neighbor's yard.

SUISUN CITY - Police in Suisun City arrested two men last weekend on probable cause for burglary after a local resident called to say someone was in a neighbor's back yard.

Police say around 6 a.m. on Sunday, May 15, officers reponde to the 800 block of Josiah Way after receiving a call that two unknown males had entered the back yard.

According to police, officers arrived on scene and detained two Suisun City residents. 36-year-old Tyrone Terry and 54-year-old Arleth Robert, who were found to be in possession of stolen property from the victim's garage including dirt bikes, bicycles, and other property.

Suisun City police say they found Terry and Robert to be in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine.

TyroneTerry and Arleth Robert were arrested and booked in Solano County Jail on probable cause for burglary, possession of a stolen vehicle, conspiracy, vandalism, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.
