Car Burglary Suspects Arrested In Nearby Fairfield
Two people were arrested Saturday morning in Fairfield on suspicion of burglary and possessing stolen property, police said.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA -- Two people were arrested Saturday morning in Fairfield on suspicion of burglary and possessing stolen property, police said Sunday.
Leonard Helm, 20, and a 17-year-old were arrested April 29 on suspicion of breaking into cars in the Cordelia area, according to authorities.
A witness informed authorities that three cars were allegedly broken into in the parking lot of a restaurant in the 200 block of Pittman Road, according to police.

Officers who responded were given descriptions by witnesses of the suspects and their vehicle, and officers then found a car matching the description in the parking lot of a nearby motel.
The suspects were not inside, but officers saw an identification card for Helm in the center console.

Police learned that Helm was a guest at the motel and went to his room. Helm and his accomplice were there, police said.
Officers conducted a parole search and allegedly found some property that was taken from the vehicles. Helm was arrested on suspicion of burglary, possessing stolen property and for his violating parole.
The teen was arrested on suspicion of burglary, possessing stolen property and for an outstanding warrant.
