Good Neighbor Community Meeting

The applicant Element 7 is holding a good neighbor community meeting to discuss the operation of a cannabis dispensary at 300 Railroad Avenue, Suisun City, CA 94585 on March 4, 2022, at 6:30PM via Zoom to discuss the proposed project. The project will include a retail showroom at 300 Railroad Ave in Suisun City at the corner of Railroad Ave and Sunset Ave. Construction of the tenant improvements on the project is currently estimated to begin in mid-2022 with completion and a grand opening in Fall of 2022. This good neighbor community meeting is an applicant sponsored meeting and City of Suisun City staff will not be in attendance. Login Via Zoom using the meeting number 742 7897 0580. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Commission of the City of Suisun City is conducting a public hearing to consider making a recommendation to the City Council regarding the establishment of a Cannabis Business Zone (CBZ 21/22-001) and Development Agreement (DA 21/21-001) and consideration of a Commercial Cannabis Business Permit for a Type 10 Retail Cannabis Dispensary and Delivery at 300 Railroad Avenue, Suisun City, CA.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

This project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), per Sections 15061(b)(3) and Section 15301, Existing Facilities, of the California Code of Regulations.

The Planning Commission will consider this application at a Regular Meeting at 6:30 p.m., on Tuesday March 8, 2022, at the Suisun City Council Chambers, 701 Civic Center Boulevard, Suisun City, California. All interested parties are invited to attend.
