FAIRFIELD - A Fairfield police officer stopped an alleged stolen car last weekend and arrested two people on various charges.
According to Fairfield police, 34-year-old Marion Phillips, a Chico resident, and 31-year-old Christopher Ballez, a Colfax resident, were arrested Saturday, May 21, charged with possession of stolen property, possession of narcotics, and possession of burglary tools
