Fairfield Police Searching for Suspects in Sunday Afternoon Shoting
Police are searching for suspects and a motive in the Sunday afternoon shooting.

Two men fired shots at a woman in a parked vehicle in Fairfield Sunday afternoon, according to police.Â
The woman was sitting inside her vehicle on the 700 block of Jackson Street shortly after 12:30 p.m. when two men stepped out of an alley on the west side of Jackson and fired numerous shots into the vehicle, police said.Â
The suspects then got into a waiting vehicle and fled north on Jackson and west on to Empire Street, police said.Â
The woman was not hurt, but she has refused to cooperate with police. Â
Police do not know if she was alone in the vehicle when the shots were fired.Â
The suspect vehicle was described as a newer model black Chrysler 200 four-door sedan with possibly tinted windows and chrome rims, police said.Â
The suspects are described as black males, three wearing white shirts and one wearing a black shirt.
