
The Fairfield PAL Teen Center is excited to announce the next session of Girls Circle, titled Friendships & Feeds: Your Digital Glow-Up, a dynamic and engaging program designed for girls ages 13-18. This transformative experience is made possible through the generous support of the Soroptimists of Central Solano County, a global volunteer organization dedicated to empowering women and girls through education, mentorship, and community programs.
About the Program: Girls Circle is a structured support group that integrates relational theory, resilience practices, and skills training to help participants develop positive connections, self-confidence, and competence. In the upcoming session, participants will explore critical topics that impact their daily lives in today’s digital age, including:
- 🔗 Building stronger, authentic friendships both online and offline.
- 📸 Navigating body image in a world dominated by filters and social media trends.
- 🛡️ Protecting themselves from cyberbullying, exploitation, and harmful content.
- 📊 Developing skills for digital literacy, responsible social media use, and emotional wellness.
This session will provide teens with tools to confidently and safely navigate their online presence while fostering real-world relationships and emotional health. Dinner is provided thanks to the Soroptimists, making it a perfect opportunity for teens to connect over meaningful discussions and shared experiences.

How to Join: A FREE Fairfield PAL Teen Center membership is required to participate. Membership is open to Fairfield, Suisun, and Travis teens ages 13-18 who are enrolled in school. Teens can sign up for membership at the Fairfield Community Center (1000 Kentucky Street) with a parent or guardian and a valid student ID. For more information, please call 707 330 8757.

The Fairfield PAL Program is open to Fairfield, Suisun, and Travis Students ages 13-18 who are enrolled in school. Membership is FREE and can be applied for at the Fairfield Community Center (1000 Kentucky Street) with a current ID and parent / guardian signature. The facility is currently undoing construction and programs are subject to change with little notice. Updates are made on social media as they become available.
