A fast-moving grass fire in Fairfield has spread to a nearby motel this evening, fire officials said.
The fire was reported shortly after 7 p.m. near the junction of Interstate Highway 80 and Suisun Valley Road.
A three-alarm response has been called as the fire is moving quickly and threatening several structures in the area.
Fairfield fire reported at about 7:30 p.m. that the fire had spread to a nearby Motel 6.
