Hit-and-Run Motorist Suspected of Running Over Fairfield Man
Police are searching for a suspect they believe ran over a 34-year-old Fairfield man over the weekend, leaving him with major injuries.
The Fairfield Police Department is seeking assistance from anyone who knows the identity of a motorist who allegedly ran over a 34-year-old Fairfield resident Saturday
Police found Dennis Rodriguez lying motionless in the middle of the road on the 1200 block of Texas Street at 2:15 a.m., Saturday. Police say Rodriguez sustained major facial injuries and was taken to Northbay Medical Center for treatment.
Fairfield investigators believe that Rodriguez' injuries were caused by a hit-and-run driver. On Monday, the Fairfield Police Department released photographs of a possible vehicle involved with the hit-and-run.
