Incident Exposure Suspect Arrested After Lewd Act In Front Of Juveniles, Police Say
Police say they've arrested a man after he allegedly exposed himself to two juveniles at a bus stop weather shelter Wednesday in Fairfield.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA -- Police have arrested a man after he allegedly exposed himself to two juveniles Wednesday in Fairfield.
According to police, at about 7:30 a.m. on April 26, two 13-year-old girls were walking on Atlantic Avenue west of North Texas Street, and as they walked past a city bus stop, they saw a man inside the bus stop weather shelter who was exposing himself and masturbating, police said.
The girls immediately left the area and went to a nearby school, where they contacted a police officer who was on the campus for an unrelated event. The girls reported what they saw and provided police with the
suspect's description and location.

According to police, several officers responded to the scene and located the suspect, 25-year-old Enrique Cisneros of Fairfield.
As officers moved to arrest Cisneros, he allegedly resisted and ran about a block and a half toward the 2500 block of Orchid Drive and attempted to climb over a fence and into a backyard, but an officer used a
Taser stun gun to subdue Cisneros, who was then taken into custody, police said.

Cisneros was treated at Northbay Medical Center for minor injuries, then was booked into Solano County Jail on suspicion of indecent exposure, creating a public nuisance, probation violation, loitering, and resisting, obstructing and delaying an officer, police said.
According to police, Cisneros is currently on probation for three crimes involving lewd acts in public. Police said forensic search of his cellphone found video evidence that he'd been recording himself performing similar lewd acts at various locations in Fairfield.
