Volunteer with PAL to Table!

The Fairfield PAL Teen Center is thrilled to announce the launch of PAL to Table, an innovative program designed to introduce teens to the benefits of gardening, while promoting healthier lifestyles. This hands-on initiative will kick off with the creation of vibrant mint garden beds, teaching teens valuable gardening skills, encouraging hydration, and boosting nutritional awareness.

PAL to Table is more than just a gardening program — it’s a chance for teens to connect with nature, learn life skills, and cultivate healthier habits. But to make this vision a reality, PAL needs dedicated volunteers to help bring the garden to life.

Getting Started is Simple: Volunteers must complete a brief onboarding process, which includes Mandated Reporter Training through the State of California and a Department of Justice Background Check (both provided at no cost). About Fairfield PAL

The Fairfield PAL Program is open to Fairfield, Suisun, and Travis Students ages 13-18 who are enrolled in school. Membership is FREE and can be applied for at the Fairfield Community Center (1000 Kentucky Street) with a current ID and parent / guardian signature. The facility is currently undergoing construction and programs are subject to change with little notice. Updates are posted to social media as they become available.
