Suisun City Officers Find Alleged Loaded Gun After Traffic Stop

A traffic stop by Suisun City police officers resulted in the apprehension of a local felon who was allegedly carrying a loaded gun.

SUISUN CITY - A traffic stop by Suisun City police officers resulted in the apprehension of a local felon who wasΒ allegedly carrying an unregistered, loaded Smith & Wesson .40 caliber handgun.

According to police, about 10 a.m. on Tuesday, officers stopped a vehicle at the Bonfare Market that appeared to have false registration tabs.

Inside the vehicle, Suisun City police officers say they found 32-year-old Deeric Domingue, a Suisun City resident, in possession of an alleged unregistered, loaded Smith & Wesson .40 Cal high capacity magazine.

Police say Domingue was arrested and booked into the Solano County Jail on probable cause for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a large capacity magazine, and disobeying a court order.
