Suisun City Police Nab Woman With Personal ID Info Of More Than 50

SUISUN CITY - Suisun City police officers on Tuesday stumbled onto a woman who had personal credit card and social security numbers of over 50 victims from throughout the country.

According to Suisun City police, about 3 a.m. on Tuesday, May 10 officers were sent to Wal-Mart on a report of two males stealing items from inside the store, and attempting to flee.

Arriving officers say they detained two Vacaville residents found in the area: 18-year-old Ian O’Connor and 40-year-old Tito Manuel.

Police say both O'Conner and Manuel were in possession of alleged stolen merchandise from Walmart.

During their investigation, officers discovered that Manuel was on an active searchable probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Searching inside Manuel’s vehicle, officers say they found 22-year-old Alicia Cunningham, a resident of Fairfield.

Police say Cunningham had pages of personal credit card numbers and social security numbers from over 50 victims throughout the country.

The Suisun City Police Departments Investigations Unit says it is currently investigating the information that was seized from Cunningham by contacting possible victims.

Suisun City police say Cunningham was wanted by Concord police on $40,000 warrant for theft, and by Richmond police on a $20,000 warrant for false impersonation.

All three subjects were booked into the Solano County Jail on various charges which include grand theft, burglary, conspiracy, and the active arrest warrants.

A booking photo has not yet been released of Cunningham.
