Suisun City Resident & 4 Others Caught Buying Alcohol for Underage Police Decoys

"Officers identified five people that purchased or arranged the purchase of alcoholic beverages for the underage decoys."

 

Fairfield Police arrested five people for buying alcohol for underage decoys during an operation conducted in recent days. Among those arrested was 34-year-old Suisun City resident, Kyoine Nelson. 

The businesses were located on N. Texas Street, E. Travis Blvd., Travis Blvd. and Union Ave, according to the Fairfield Police Department.

"Officers identified five people that purchased or arranged the purchase of alcoholic beverages for the underage decoys," said the department in a release. "The five suspects were arrested and charged." 

• Kyoine Nelson, 34 years old from Suisun City 
• Fed Thompson, 43 years of age from Fairfield 
• Rosezetta Marie-James, 47 years of age from Fairfield 
• Kevin Lee, 50 years of age from Fairfield 
• Aurelio Sandoval, 40 years of age from Fairfield 

"The operation is intended to reduce the availability of alcoholic beverages to minors and is solely funded by a grant provided by the Solano County Supervisors and Fairfield’s ATOD (Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs) Task Force," according to the police release.
