Suisun City Suspects In Sexual Assaults of 2 Teens Arrested
Detectives on Wednesday arrested two Suisun City men for their alleged roles in the sexual assaults of two minors.
SUISUN CITY - Detectives on Wednesday arrested two Suisun City men for their alleged roles in the sexual assaults of two minors.
According to Suisun City police, 19-year-old Rashad Perkins-Stovall, a Suisun City resident, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant after police executed a search warrant in the 500 block of Chyrl Way in connection with the sexual assaults of two minors, ages 14 and 15 years old.
Police say Suisun City resident 27-year-old Carlos Brown was arrested later in the evening in Fairfield by Suisun City officers on another arrest warrant.

According to the Suisun City Police Department, the investigation began two weeks ago after the first alleged victim filed a report.
Police say a second alleged victim was located and the two suspects were identified.

There are no additional victims known at this time, according to police.
Authorities say Rashad and Carlos were booked into the Solano County Jail with bail set at $300,000 for the following alleged violations:
- 261(a)(4) PC - Rape; victim unconscious of the nature of the act β Felony
- 264.1(a) PC β Rape in concert w force/violence β Felony
- 261.5(c) PC β Unlawful sexual intercourse w/minor β Felony
- 289(e) PC β Sexual penetration with a foreign object: victim drugged β Felony
- 311.11 PC β Possession of child pornography β Felony
- 647.6(a) PC β Annoy a child under 18 β Misdemeanor
Police say Carlos Brown is a registered sex offender based upon a prior felony conviction for violation of California Penal Code section 261.5(c), unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor: more than 3 years younger.
Police say Carlosβ information is not posted on the DOJ Meganβs Law website based upon the law.
However, they say his status as a sex offender is being disclosed in this release to protect the public pursuant to California Penal Code sections 290.45 and 290.46.
The disclosure is not intended to create fear, but is provided in the belief that an informed public is a safer public, according to Suisun City police.
The FBI Violent Crime Task Force, which includes members from the Fairfield and Vallejo Police Departments, helped out in the investigation.
