Travis Boulevard Homicide Suspect Arrested In East Bay
Keith Coon is jailed on suspicion of killing Melvin Moore June 9 in the parking lot of a Fairfield apartment complex.
SOLANO COUNTY, CA — Police have arrested a man suspected of fatally shooting another man last month in an apartment complex parking lot in Fairfield. Officers responding to an address in the 600 block of East Travis Boulevard around 10:30 p.m. June 9 found 39-year-old Melvin Moore suffering from gunshot wounds and he subsequently died.
Detectives identified 33-year-old Keith Coon, a Fairfield resident, as a suspect.
Coon was found in San Pablo and taken into custody on Wednesday.
