Vacaville Woman Sentenced For Sex With 10-Year-Old Relative
The abuse stopped when the child's father found text messages about it on his phone and called police, says the DA.
FAIRFIELD - A Vacaville woman faces 66 years in prison for having sex with a 10-year-old family member and continuous sexual abuse of a child, the Solano County District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday.
Michelle Souza, 42, was convicted of the felony charges Tuesday in Solano County Superior Court, District Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Monica Martinez said.
Souza forced the child to have sex with her starting in December 2013 until the child was 11 years old, Martinez said.
