New Cowboy Business Slated For Old Town Temecula: What To Know, And When It Will Open
The signs are in the window and the plans are in the works. Meet Tecovas, with 50 stores nationwide and growing in Old Town Temecula.

TEMECULA, CA — There is proof that Temecula still has its Wild West roots. Tecovas, a Western-wear and boot business, is slated for a vacant Old Town Front Street storefront. Tecovas, slated to open in the summer of 2026 at 28601 Old Town Front St., #D, according to a city spokesperson.
The western chain was founded in 2015 and has expanded to more than 50 stores nationwide, according to the brand's website. Improvements to meet the business will likely begin in the coming months. The company, which employs over 1,400 nationwide, will likely hire locally based employees. Follow www.Tecovas.com for further details.
Interest in the retailer of premium handcrafted cowboy boots and other Western & leather goods is growing among residents.

"Tecovas and Temecula is just so right," one commenter stated.
"Loved that antique spot and sad to see it gone," another commenter said. "But, also very excited about this!" The former Old Town Antique Faire, which housed numerous small businesses, announced its closure in July and closed in August.

"Sad to see the antique place go, but Tecova FINALLY coming to Temecula seems sooooo right ," one commenter said.
Old Town will open several new restaurants in the coming months.

The upcoming Argentinian Steakhouse, Gaucho Grill, is currently in late-stage construction in the former Bank Building.

A former favorite, It's Tabu Sushi, is returning soon and currently has its signage installed in place of the former Devilicious restaurant. Look for delicious sushi, sake, and more, coming soon to the downstairs location at 28693 Old Town Front Street.

The now-open breakfast-and-lunch restaurant, Rodeo Cafe, is worth a visit! Located at 28636 Old Town Front Street #109, this American-style eatery is situated across from both the future home of Gaucho Grill and 1909.
