The Culver City Symphony Orchestra presents its first concert of 2026, opening with Copland's "An Outdoor Overture" composed in 1938. We follow that with Samuel Barber's Violin Concerto, composed the following year, featuring 19 year-old violinist Esme Arias-Kim, the winner of our 2024/25 Parness Concerto Competition.
The second half presents the orchestra in the 3rd Symphony of Johannes Brahms, the favorite composer of Music Director Clyde Mitchell.
We hope you will join us for this free concert. Click on the "More info here" link to RSVP at Eventbrite.
