Free Halloween Costume Giveaway Planned for Mar Vista

Bonnie Milhalic, owner of a costume warehouse, is retiring and wants to give back to the community, especially those less fortunate.

The Los Angeles Police Department is hosting a halloween costume giveaway.

To ensure that less fortunate children are able to have a safe and happy Halloween by having a costume to wear, Bonnie Milhalic, owner of a costume warehouse, is retiring and wants to give back to the community.
