Today in Venice, Mar Vista: A $50,000 Reward, Moby Dick Reading, Mark Twain Holiday Boutique
LAPD is looking for the person(s) involved in the stabbing death of a Venice man.

- A $50,000 reward for the conviction of the killer(s) of Guillermo Carmona-Perez is expected to be announced Friday morning after the Los Angeles City Council votes on a motion from City Council member Mike Bonin. Story here.

- Holiday shopping galore gets going Saturday at the 9th annual Mark Twain Holiday Boutique held from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the school at 2224 Walgrove Ave. Admission is free. The boutique, which includes food, raffles, games, fun and entertainment, is held by the Friends of Mark Twain as a fundraiser for the
Mark Twain Middle School World Languages Magnet and Arts Academy.
