Venice Boardwalk: SWAT Investigates Suspicious Package
Los Angeles police officers are investigating a suspicious package at the Venice Beach boardwalk Monday night.
VENICE, CA — The Venice Beach boardwalk was shut down Monday night during a SWAT investigation over a suspicious package.
The incident was reported about 4:15 p.m., a Los Angeles police dispatcher told Patch.
The area near Ocean Front Walk and Rose Avenue, along with nearby streets, remained closed during the investigation.
