Villaraigosa: Occupy L.A. Must Leave City Hall Lawn

The Los Angeles mayor has asked city officials to start looking for another site for the demonstrators.

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa said Wednesday that Occupy L.A.'s camping and protest on city hall lawn "cannot continue indefinitely."

The protestors have been camping on the lawn, a violation of city ordinances.

VIllaraigosa is also worried about damage to the lawn, and the long-term consequences of unsanitary conditions.

City Attorney Carmen Trutanich is also calling for full enforcement of the park law.
