Own An Affordable Home In Walnut Creek With Habitat For Humanity

WALNUT CREEK, CA — Esperanza Place, a Habitat Humanity affordable housing development in Walnut Creek, is accepting applications.

First-time homebuyers earning up to 120 percent of the area median income may qualify to buy a home at Esperanza Place through an affordable mortgage with Habitat for Humanity.

The homes include 1-to 4 bedroom townhomes that are energy-efficient and solar-powered, with parking, including EV vehicles, as well as social spaces. The location is near BART and buses, according to the agency.

Orientations are required and available before or after submitting a pre-application and full application. Homeowner Orientations are held in English on Zoom. Subtitles and
translated captions are available through Zoom. Registrations for the orientation are on the Habitat for Humanity website. A Zoom link will be available after registration.
