Heidi Klum Launches Erewhon Smoothie, Joining Hailey Bieber in A-List Blended Drink Lineup

Hailey Bieber has a new neighbor on the tonic bar menu at Erewhon and it's none other than Heidi Klum.

The high-end, organic grocery store chain has launched its latest celebrity smoothie with the model and television personality. The Kluminator is now available at Erewhon for $19 through Aug. 21. The blended drink is described in a press release as "a kiwi-forward summer smoothie that is bright, refreshing, hydrating and perfect for hot summer days."

On Instagram, Klum, who just returned as host of Project Runway for its 21st season after a seven year absence (the show now airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. on Freeform and streams on Hulu and Disney+), commented "Green is the new glow 🥝💚✨" in a post about the new beverage. She is also seen in the below video preparing the smoothie at an Erewhon tonic bar.

A portion of the proceeds from sales of the drink will benefit Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, the nationally ranked children’s hospital focused on providing freestanding acute care in the East Hollywood district of the city.

Thirteen ingredients in the smoothie include MALK’s brand new Coconut milk, which contains just four clean and simple ingredients, plus Whole Harmony Kiwi Matcha Juice; Vita Coco Organic Farmer's Coconut Water, organic maple syrup, Glowery Marine Collagen, organic dates, organic pineapple, organic mango, organic aloe, organic chia seeds, organic matcha, organic kiwi glaze, and organic coconut cream.

Klum is the latest in a series of celebrities who have had limited time only smoothies featured at Erewhon, including Sabrina Carpenter, Katy Perry, Kacey Musgraves, Tyla and Kali Uchis.

Get The Kluminator before it leaves the tonic bar menu on Aug. 21. Of course, Hailey Bieber's Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie, its official name, is permanent.
