Jamie Foxx Attacked at Popular West Hollywood Restaurant
A man complained to Foxx that his party was being too loud at the restaurant and things apparently got out of hands, according to TMZ.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA — Jamie Foxx was attacked Saturday night at a popular West Hollywood restaurant, according to TMZ.
According to the gossip website, Foxx was dining out with friends at Catch restaurant when a man came up to the party to complain that the group was being too loud. That apparently didn't sit too well with Foxx's friends.
A witness told TMZ the man said, "You don't want to mess with me. I'm from New York." A comedian at Foxx's table retorted, "F--- you. I'm from Oakland."

That was what started the fight, witnesses told TMZ. At this point, accounts differ on what happened during the fight, but Foxx, his party and the man were kicked out of the restaurant, according to TMZ.
