Los Angeles LGBT Center Joins In Solidarity With All People Who Condemn Russia's Invasion Of Ukraine

In response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine today, the Los Angeles LGBT Center issued the following statement:

“The Los Angeles LGBT Center condemns Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and joins other human rights organizations in calling on Russia to cease its violent attack on and occupation of an independent country. Russia is an increasingly hostile place for LGBTQ+ people, and President Putin’s quest to expand his control into Europe is a threat to the safety and rights of the LGBTQ+ community everywhere.”
