VIDEO: Meet West Hollywood's Capt. Kelley Fraser
The West Hollywood sheriff's captain talks about being an open lesbian, maintaining the safety of the city and her encounter with Christina Aguilera.
Capt. Kelley Fraser chatted this week with the women's website SheWired.
“I have a job to do, and I just happen to be a lesbian,” she told SheWired in a video Q&A. “The best job in the world!”
Fraser took command of the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station in April 2010. Before that, she served as lieutenant at the Emergency Operations Bureau with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
