New Club Coming to West Hollywood, But You'd Better Be a 10
People will only be let in if they passed the beauty test by the club's Beauty Police.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA -- In Southern California where the cliche about looks and vapidness run rampant, a new club planned for West Hollywood wants to push the vapid envelope even further.
The private club, a real-life extension of the online dating website, BeautifulPeople.com, will be for -- you guessed it, people who are a 10 on the looks scale. Even in a town where exclusive nightlife is the norm, this might be too much.
But Greg Hodge, the managing director of the website, is not concerned about it.

“We are very excited about the opening of our flagship bar,” Hodge said. “We will take the same ethos into this project as we did when we launched the dating site. We are simply taking the BeautifulPeople concept into the real world.”
Like the website, people will only be let in if they passed the beauty test by the club's Beauty Police. Though, as any rich person -- or Donald Trump -- will tell you, money talks.

“Rare exceptions will be made on the grounds of wealth,” Hodge said.
As with any exclusive clubs in Southern California, the bar will be fully stocked with lean meats and raw food. What makes this club different is that it will feature hair and makeup artists for guests to get a touch-up, should they need it.
The yet-unnamed club is expected to be opened February 2017.
