Transient Arrested for Allegedly Breaking into West Hollywood Home

The man was scarred off by the resident.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA — A transient was arrested Friday after trying to breaking into a West Hollywood home, the sheriff's department announced Monday.

The man was trying to remove the siding of an enclosed patio at around 3:30 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of Fuller Avenue. The suspect was scarred off by the homeowners, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, West Hollywood Station.

Deputies responded and arrested the man. The home suffered an estimated $50 in damage from the removal of the patio siding, according to the LASD.
