WeHo Apt. Building Acquired By Malibu Real Estate Investing Group

The 19-unit multifamily Crescent Hills Lofts was sold to Christina Real Estate Investors.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA — A Malibu-based real estate investing group has acquired a 19-unit multifamily building in West Hollywood, the company announced Friday.

Christina Real Estate Investors 2 acquired the Crescent Hills Lofts, located at 1215 N. Crescent Heights Blvd. The property, a courtyard style multi-story building situated on a large land parcel with secured underground parking, was extensively renovated in 2016

The landscaping, common areas and apartment interiors were re-designed by noted Los Angeles architect, Ramsey Daham.

"There is tremendous untapped value in this heart of West Hollywood location with new luxury condominiums currently being developed directly adjacent to the project,” said Lawrence N. Taylor, President of Christina Development Corporation.
